The tide is turning. After hundreds of years of vigorous resistance to the gospel, there is growing evidence that Muslims around the world are becoming increasingly open to the gospel of Jesus Christ. Testimonies from Central Asia, the Middle East and South East Asia of Muslims coming to faith are not infrequent and are visible signs of people looking for certainty and truth. This openness to the gospel can no doubt be directly linked to the increased interest and participation of Christians around the world who are getting a heart for them because they are praying for them. In 2008, we were greatly encouraged by Aussies praying for Muslims. It’s happening again... The 30 Days Muslim Prayer Focus wishes to mobilise as many Christians as possible worldwide to participate in the prayer event, which coincides with RAMADAN - beginning this year on AUGUST 22 and running until SEPTEMBER 21. You, your church, Mission agency or home group can be an integral part of Muslims coming to faith by encouraging your friends to participate in the event.
